Enterprise San Angelo is a business plan competition that may award in cash prize grants and various in-kind prizes. This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to develop business plans to build a new venture or expand an existing small business in San Angelo.

Who is Eligible?
Participants may be an individual or a team, but must be a for-profit entity. Each participant or team must submit a viable, original business plan that creates a new small business or expands an existing small business located in San Angelo. Participants not currently in San Angelo must be willing to relocate the business enterprise to San Angelo if selected as a competition winner.
What are the Prizes?
In order to encourage contestants to submit quality business plans for Enterprise San Angelo, the City of San Angelo Development Corporation (COSADC) provides cash prize money for the competition. The CVCED may award cash prizes to a first and second place winner, if selected. In addition, the finalists are eligible for in-kind products and services donated by local businesses.
First Place Prize: a grant of cash, along with in-kind services such as legal, accounting, marketing and others may be awarded to a first place winner.
Second Place Prize: a grant of cash along with in-kind services such as legal, accounting, marketing and others may be awarded to a second place winner.

Note to Participants: Enterprise San Angelo reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time if, at the sole discretion of the Judging Panel and/or Competition Coordinator, there are insufficient quality or quantity of business plans to proceed. The determination of the Judging Panel and/or Competition Coordinator will be final.
