TLC in-Home Care, Inc. was the second client of the CVCED business incubator, and graduated from the program after a successful first four years.  The mission of TLC in-Home Care, Inc. is to promote love of God, love of our country, and love of our elderly and disabled people.  TLC is dedicated to exemplifying integrity and honesty in all services and company practices.

TLC in-Home Care, Inc. is a provider agency committed to placing professional sitters, certified nurse aides, and homemakers in the homes of the elderly and disabled to assist them with activities of daily living.  TLC promotes health and independence for each client and their family and encourages independent living.

Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT)

Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) was a temporary client of the CVCED business incubator.  ACT has moved into their new offices at 2905 Sherwood Way, and employs up to 100 employees in their permanent location.

Opening in the incubator allowed ACT to establish a presence in San Angelo faster.  "ACT is preparing for continued expansion of its core business.  The attraction of San Angelo was the quality of the people and the availability of trained staff." Don Taylor, former President

The company has offices in Canoga Park and Bakersfield, California, and now in San Angelo.  ACT provides nationwide debt management solutions and default aversion services to numerous colleges and universities, private lenders, state guarantors and government agencies.   ACT has contracted with the U.S. Department of Education since 2000.

Fletch Data, LLC 

Fletch Data is a privately-held sales company, offering skip tracing, data appending, and electronic directory assistance products to collection agencies, law firms, government agencies, marketing companies, and banks. Two of the company’s products, TracSnap and Volume Account Transaction, were recognized as Top 100 Collection Technology Products for 2006 by the Collection Advisor magazine. 

The company was founded by an industry veteran, Dan Exline, who successfully directed the operations of DCS in San Angelo for almost three years. Fletch Data moved into the business incubator in September 2006, and was purchased by Ken and Allison Barton in 2007.  The Barton's now operate their business on Mimosa Drive in San Angelo.

Acme Millwork, Inc.

Acme Millwork, Inc. is a San Angelo based company that manufactures fixtures for national chain stores such as Michael's Craft Stores.  Acme Millwork, Inc. was the CVCED’s first place business plan competition winner in 2003.

Gisselle's Raw Furniture

Gisselle's Raw Furniture manufactures unfinished solid wood furniture.  Gisselle's Raw Furniture was the CVCED’s second place business plan competition winner in 2003.

Agilight, Inc. was the first client of the CVCED business incubator for over two years.  Agilight, Inc. develops, manufactures and distributes high quality, low-cost solid state lighting (light emitting diode or LED) products across a range of large vertical markets, including the signage, architectural lighting, electronics, information display, and medical industries. 

General LED’s core technologies are expansive in breadth and focus on building new industries and markets around its proprietary product offerings.  General LED currently markets its products worldwide with initial sales in the United States, Canada, Japan, Europe and Thailand. Agilight became General LED in 2007. 

AgiLight still maintains a presence in San Angelo, but General LED corporate headquarters are now in San Antonio.  

AgiLight’s proprietary technologies focus on leveraging state-of-the-art LED manufacturing and assembly coupled with its patented lighting technologies to develop high-efficiency and cost competitive lighting solutions with major environmental benefits.  This includes the elimination of mercury in the manufacturing of LED neon replacement products and the significant energy saving of their long life solid state designs.
